The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with HEAVEN PLEASE+, hereinafter referred to as “HEAVEN PLEASE”, “us” or “we”, at the HEAVEN PLEASE website, mobile website, or telephone (jointly referred to as “heavenpleasestores.com”, or the “Site”).
By using heavenpleasestores.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Only person of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in Hong Kong and mail forwarding companies, can place an order.
The inclusion of any products or services on heavenpleasestores.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We may correct errors that appear on the Site and reject any order, which have been received in connection with such errors. HEAVEN PLEASE+ has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment immediately.
You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the heavenpleasestores.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tools, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
2/ Prices and Delivery Charges
The prices displayed atheavenpleasestores.com does not include a delivery charge. All our items are priced the same online and in store. If there is any difference between the price shown on the website and those marked on the label on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shown when you purchase it. Please keep in mind we do not adjust for items which original price may have been reduced.
Orders can be placed via heavenpleasestores.com only. Once you have placed your order, if you had provided us your email address, you would receive an email confirmation. We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. We cannot cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and ask you to contact HEAVEN PLEASE Customer Service who will settle the refund.
4/ Overseas Orders
HEAVEN PLEASE+ does not convert the final payment into other currencies. The card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversion please contact your bank or financial institution. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's creditor debit card company.
HEAVEN PLEASE+ exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

6/ Returns and Exchanges
HEAVEN PLEASE+ does not offer a full refund service. If you received products that are wrongly delivered, or with other problems caused by us, we are happy to replace, repair, or, exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. All items shall return in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

7/ Payment Methods
Your order will be charged once its sent out. You can pay for your goods in various ways as listed below.
We are currently only able to support one payment method per order.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
If any part of these Terms are disallowed or found to be ineffective by any courts or regulators, the other Terms shall continue to apply and comprise the agreement between you and HEAVEN PLEASE+.
The failure by HEAVEN PLEASE+ to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these terms will not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. Any waivers of any provision under these terms will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by HEAVEN PLEASE+.
11/ Ownership of Rights
All software and Content (which is defined as, or includes, any text, audio or music, video, graphics, photographs, and image) are the intellectual property of HEAVEN PLEASE+ and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at heavenpleasestores.com remain with HEAVEN PLEASE+ and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of heavenpleasestores.com or its contents, including copyright or storing content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of HEAVEN PLEASE+.
YOUR HEAVEN PLEASE+ ACCOUNT
On heavenpleasestores.com you need to complete your purchase as a REGISTERED customer.
In using the Site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you feel or suspect that the security of your account has been compromised or if there is unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately.
2/ Prohibitions and Failure
We may take actions against your account for activities including, but not limited to:
Using any technology to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt any of our Services in any way;
Initiating communications that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar,obscene, profane, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material;
Advertising or sending unsolicited messages of any kind;
Impersonating others or providing any kind of false information HEAVEN PLEASE reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion We may send you an email to inform you of the termination of your account in such an event.
3/ Accounts and Passwords
If you create an account for using any of the services or features available on the Site, you are responsible for all use of your username and/or password and must keep these details secure.
HEAVEN PLEASE+ may close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) that disrupt any of our services or is an attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts. If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the Site or other users, you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
4/ Shopping Basket
You can view the contents of your purchase in your basket and change or delete the number of items in your order. Please remember that heavenpleasestores.com does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information the section.
HEAVEN PLEASE+ ships worldwide. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
We will use the most appropriate carrier, depending on the delivery method you selected, the weight of your items, and your address. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer. Please note pre-order items may take about 14 working days to be ready and shall experience a longer than expected delivery time.
Bear in mind that all deliveries are made in business days (Monday to Friday).
1/ Delivery Options
Collection at a HEAVEN PLEASE+ stores - FREE
In the store of your choice within 5-7 working days after order placed placed between Monday and Friday. An email notification will be sent once products arrived store and ready for pick up.
Person who comes to collect the order must show the order invoice, whether it is the purchaser or another person representing him or her.
Home Delivery - HKD 50 / FREE (Orders over HKD 3000)
Your shipment will be sent out within 5-7 working days after orders placed between Monday and Friday. If this is not possible, we will show you the estimated time of delivery at the time of purchase.
Overseas Delivery - Asia excludes Hong Kong - HKD 450 / FREE (Orders over HKD 6000) | Others - HKD 450
We will send out shipment for China, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, etc orders by SF.
All overseas orders other than Asian countries will be delivered by FedEx. Each parcel costs HKD 450.
2/ Shipping Address
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to change your shipping address once you have placed the order. In addition, we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place one order per shipping address if you would like to ship to multiple addresses.
As soon as we start packing your order, a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and tracking number will be sent to you.
4/ Undeliverable Parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to HEAVEN PLEASE+.
To apply a promotion code, please enter the code in the promotion code field on the Shopping Bag page during the checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
Multiple promotion codes per order is accepted for selected promotions and we are unable to accept or apply promotion codes to orders that have been already placed.

Requirements have not been met for the special offer,
The items in your order are excluded from the promotion,

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refund service.
If you received product that is wrongly delivered, or with other problems caused by us, we are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. If the size does not fit you, we offer one-time exchange service in the condition that same style is still available in stock. In case there is lack of stock, customers can choose to exchange any other items in the same category. Price differences cannot be refunded.
You have up to 3 days (local), or 7 days (overseas) from the delivery arrival date to exchange your items from heavenpleasestores.com. Exchange items must be in original condition. Items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, or alerted or worn in any way (including but not limited to deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains) will not be exchanged.
Exchange cannot be applied on any on-sale items, pre-order items, altered items, accessories, intimates, and bodysuits.
