HOW MANY HP POINTS DO I HAVE?
You will receive ‘HP Points’ notification after your account registration and receive regular updates.
WHEN DO MY HP POINTS EXPIRE?
HP Points will be expired 6 months after the date they are confirmed. Once you become a Premium or Premium GOLD member, the expiry date of existing HP points will be extended to the same expiry date as its membership.
CAN I EXTEND MY HP POINTS?
PREMIUM GOLD members can extend their HP Points for 6 months with 100 HP Points after an extension of existing membership. It’s perfect when you are only a few points to meet for interested gift redemption!
WHEN WILL HP POINTS BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Once you redeem your points they will be immediately deducted from your balance.This can be seen under Activity on the Your HP Points page.
WHEN WILL HP POINTS BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
HP Points from purchases will be added to your balance and able to use after 3 working days.
