The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than original one. For item priced higher then original item, customers will need to settle by available means.
You have up to 3 days from the delivery arrival date to Create Exchange for your items purchased from heavenpleasestores.com. Once Product Exchange Detail is issued, customers have to exchange at desirable stores or send by post within 3 days (Hong Kong), or 7 days (Overseas).
Exchange products must have HEAVEN PLEASE hang tag attached and be in original condition. Items will not be exchanged if they have been damaged, soiled, washed, or altered in any way (including but not limited to deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains).
Exchange cannot be applied on any on-sale items, pre-order items, altered items, accessories, intimates, and bodysuits.
Simply bring the items to our stores and make the exchange.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange. (Inbound: as per customer selected means. Outbound: Hong Kong - $50, Asia - $450, Others - $680)
Exchange item will be sent once the original item is received and confirmed in original condition
