Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage online shop business opportunities, generate & update website contents.
• Develop creative and proven promotion initiatives to maximize sales and profit.
• Plan, co-ordinate and implement marketing activities and promotional campaigns, and publishing to increase online engagement.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with customers and internal parties. 
• Create & update all marketing materials and digital activities at different social media channels.
• Monitor the engagement, responding to and interacting with prospective customers and keeping branding current.
• Support sales & marketing in product promotion and documentation work. 

• Bachelor Degree or above. 
• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing / eCommerce platform experience. 
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage. 
• Excellent spoken & written English and Chinese. 
• Detailed oriented, responsible, independent, analytical and data driven. 
• Strong understanding of buying behavior in different markets. 
• Strong in customer service and problem-solving with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
